Treatment is client-specific, and always based on the needs and concerns of each individual. Approaches that I utilize include mindfulness-based therapy, CBT, EMDR, as well as psychodynamic and other techniques as necessary; the most essential ingredient being the client-therapist relationship and trust that is built. I look forward to helping you manage those things in your life that may be troubing, whether it be a temporary issue, or something deeply rooted from the past. You will learn to be empowered and intuitively know what to do in times of distress. Trauma can create great distress for an individual, from feelings of anxiety to fear and avoidance of potential stress in life. This can be quite crippling, although does not have to be that way forever. Through the use of EMDR, we can address major traumas, as well as chronic childhood trauma to unlock the hold they can have on you. Rates & Insurance
$140 per 45-minute session.
$160 per 45-minute couples/family session.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Cash, check, credit/debit are accepted for payment.
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
